Here's What Happens Next!
You need look no further, as the Ivy group will access every apartment listing in the city, across all agencies including all of our own. No other agency will provide you access to any different or more listings.
You may reach out to us at any time, but here's how a typical purchase or rental process works:
1) One of our senior partners will be contacting you within the next few days. We will call you at the number you provided to confirm specific aspects of your needs to make sure we're starting on the right track.
2) Then we will send you a set of initial listings by email matching your criteria. These emailed listings are fully interactive, and most (but not all) allow you to look at multiple photos and often floorplans of the listed apartments.
3) After reviewing the first set of emailed listings we encourage you to either email or call us to identify any adjustments we may need to make for your search. We will narrow, adjust, change or redefine your search criteria as many times as needed to get it right!
4) Once you have identified any apartments (from one to many) you are interested in viewing, email or call us. With at least 48 hours notice we will set up a tour based on your schedule and time.
