We do charge fees in locating ideal rental apartments for our clients. However, our fees can vary depending on the circumstances and apartment price range. We will be totally upfront about any fees involved.
Please know that we are not interested in charging excessive fees for clients seeking starter apartments in the lower price ranges. Doing that just seems wrong to us on many levels. We realize there are "no fee" rental options available for select apartments, and encourage highly budget-minded renters to research on their own if they are opposed to paying a fee of any kind.
If you do decide to work with us, we will focus on providing you a much broader range of rental options, personalized for your needs, and full assistance in qualifying the legitimacy of any leases.
Rest assured that any horror stories you hear about unscrupulous rental agents and hidden fees is the antithesis of how we do business. We want you as a long-term customer.
